“The time I spent at St Joseph’s College, Echuca, will always be something
that I look back on and appreciate greatly, not only for the role it has played
in shaping the person who I am today, but also the values that I hold. I
wasn’t the most academically gifted student, but I was always well supported
by the teachers at St Joseph’s and challenged to give everything my best to
develop skills that will benefit me for my future. The most memorable part of
attending St Joseph’s is the friendships that I have made. After graduating,
I moved to Melbourne and was lucky enough to be a contracted cricketer
with Cricket Victoria, whilst studying Exercise Sport Science/Business
Management part-time at Deakin University before being selected to play in
my first test match for Australia in India in 2023.”
